Wedding V.S. Inflation part 2 of 3

In our Last Blog (scroll down) we told you #5 and #4 (out of 5) "ways to cut wedding costs" with today's inflation and so we continue with the 3rd and 2nd ways to cut wedding costs as we are always happy to educate and to plan the perfect wedding!

3.  Rent instead of buying:  Our Entertainment Company actually rents our sound systems every weekend especially since Covid.  Now it is very rare for a Bride and Groom who would rather play the music themselves on their wedding day and off an iPad however, cutting costs with your Music In Motion DJ isn't an area you want to be cutting costs on because this takes away from the expertise that we bring to your wedding with getting all your Guests up off their seats celebrating with you on the dance floor, to the extent that we get the hands up in the air, we have everyone dancing from song-to-song with smooth mixes, + a professional MC, and we can act as the planner with organizing the cake cutting, parent dances, bridal introduction, Garter and Bouquet - this if no wedding planner - Planner or not don't worry we got you covered.  Back to renting to cut wedding costs; when we suggest Renting, we actually mean consider renting your wedding dress and their is even fake (look so real) flowers/centerpieces check out this link;  https://www.marthastewartweddings.com/393308/surprising-things-you-can-rent-wedding

2. Set a Budget:  And stick to it!  Easier said than done right? We know.  As a helpful guide you should figure 40% will be for that perfect venue and may we suggest to visit our Showroom as we have hundreds of amazing Triad/Triangle venue locations that our Entertainment Company is a preferred vendor (preferred vendor = a Banquet Mgr. or venue who highly recommends our entertainment company and we do the same here in our Showroom). 30% of the total will be for a great meal/buffet + beverages, 5% for an amazing Music In Motion DJ/MC, 7% for flowers/decorations, 8% photography through our Photography Service: Feel The Moment Photography,  http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com/photography/ 10% for Videographer (optional if your cutting costs instead considering Videography do disposable cameras on the Guest tables for the guests to take those extra pictures), regardless its best to set aside 5-10% for miscellaneous expenditures on things such as stationary, the license, and Officiant's fee. Feel The Sound With Music In Motion,  http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com Home of The DJ/MC Interactive Showroomhttp://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com/home/interactive-showroom/ an event DJ, wedding DJ, Disc Jockey, Karaoke, Décor LED ambient wall up-lighting, our specialty DRY ICE, http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com/dry-ice-dancing-on-a-cloud “dancing on a cloud” for the Wedding First Dance, and Photo Booth,  http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com/photobooth -  Snap Shot Photo entertainment company will Blog/Post the Number "1" way to cut Wedding Costs in our next Blog/Post.  Be on the Look-Out!   In the meantime to view more educational articles and to see other successful events/weddings, please consider the following resources;
