Reception biggest wedding expense, so plan with care - Step 6 of 6

We want to take a moment to thank the folks that have emailed us over the weekend wanting the final and part 6 of 6 of "Reception wedding expense, so plan with care" BLOG.  We appreciate you reading...
Delegate it.
Maybe you hate all the planning rigmarole.  Then why not choose a place that will do everything in-house, country club, or catering hall?  A Wedding Planner or a Special Events manger at a venue will know how to take care of the food, flowers, cake, recommend a wedding DJ, preferred photographers, and you'll only have to deal with this one person - one stop shop of services.  When you schedule an appointment in Raleigh's first and only DJ/MC interactive showroom to experience all of Feel The Sound with Music In Motion DJ packages, we can during this time recommend several convenient and affordable locations that include a one stop shop including our amazing DJ/MC services as part of their package.

Reception biggest wedding expense, so plan with care - Step 5 of 6

Something Different.  You don't have to pick a conventional location.  According to Diane Forden, Bridal magazine editor, today's "savy" bride and Groom's  choose off-beat sites such as art galleries, museums, outside venue, and clubhouses.  Use your imagination for creativity or consider a beautiful landscape venue because these off beat sites will save you allot rather than an upscale conventional location.  We here at Feel The Sound with Music In Motion, Raleigh's first and only DJ and MC interactive showroom can provide you several highly reputable locations on either scale as well as a no obligation consultation demonstration of all our DJ packages, DJ talent, MC skills, products, and other wedding services.  Step 6 of 6 tomorrow...

Long Into The Night. Suppose you want your guests to enjoy themselves into the wee hours provided by your wedding DJ from Feel The Sound with Music In Motion entertainment. Check the overtime cost in advance with the DJ entertainer as well as your venue and if the establishment has any problems with guests drinking and dancing until last call. A hotel or private club may be your best bet. Knowing the cost in advance will help you plan to keep the celebration going and could or could not be costly. Location, location, location. Inspect the potential site, and visualize if it will be big enough to let your guests mingle during the cocktail hour, ask site manager for a copy of a variety of seating charts for the dinner hour, and most importantly consider the dance floor space for your Disc Jockey from Feel The Sound with Music In Motion DJs of Raleigh, dancing comfortably. Consider our Photo Booth - Snap Shot Photo Booth and it's space which can usually be set up out in the entry way outside the reception hall. http://feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com event, wedding, & Karaoke entertainment - Step 3 of 6 will come tomorrow, thanks for reading our BLOG
