Rent instead of buying. We actually rent out our sound systems for Bride and Groom's who rather play the music themselves off an ipod however, cutting costs with your Music In Motion DJ isn't an area you want to cut costs because this takes away from the expertise we offer with getting all your Guests up off their seats celebrating, hands in the air, dancing from song-to-song with smooth mixes, announcements, and keeping the flow going as our DJ/MC talent acts as the planner with organizing the cake cutting, parent dances, bridal introduction, Garter and Bouquet. But what about consider renting the wedding dress and some or all of the flowers and greenery? I mean are you ever going to wear your wedding dress again?

Set a budget and stick to it! Easier said than done we know. As rough guide you figure 50 percent of the total will be for a great meal/buffet + beverages, 12% for an amazing Music In Motion DJ/MC, 8% for flowers/decorations, 10% photography through our Photography Service: Feel The Moment Photography, 10% for Videographer (optional if your cutting costs instead considering disposable cameras at the tables for the guests to take those extra pictures), set aside 10% for miscellaneous expenditures on things such as stationary, the license, Officiant's fee, and gratuities.
