Emergency DJ on call

That's correct, I am one of the managing partners with the company but also a professional Disc Jockey and this weekend is my turn (seven week cycle) to be the emergency DJ on call this weekend.  What does that mean for you? It means allot to our company and it is very important to you.  One of the key questions when hiring your DJ entertainment should be "what happens if you don't make it to our wedding/event or if you (DJ) are sick?  Honestly the wedding/event industry is not a type of employment industry that you call out sick and if you have ever run into a DJ company who had not shown because he/she (DJ) was sick then please we want to hear your story, http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com/contact.  Our DJ's never call in sick and our entire DJ Team is trained to stick it out - to be there for you - successfully, http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com/dj-team-prices-photo-gallery/photo-gallery.  An emergency Music In Motion DJ is to be available for cases such as a car accident, rare - unfortunately has happened as well as severe weather has also been an issue in the past, another example is auto trouble - ex; flat tire and that's where I come in.  Tonight is my seven week turn to be the emergency DJ on duty this weekend for your wedding/event who works 4:pm - 10:pm, with a copy of your entire itinerary, directions to your wedding/event, and I have a full sound system packed ready to go in our company van, as well as all your selected music.  We also carry a complete tool box and extra boxes of cables/wires, this in case the Music In Motion emergency DJ does get called out to bring the DJ a missing wire or an important cable.  Sure we have a check list prior to packing up for your wedding/event checked every-time and we even test all the equipment before it leaves for your wedding/event but we are human and things can accidentally get missed, again that's where I come in Music In Motion emergency DJ on call delivering that important wire or cable to your wedding/event.  The worst case scenario that an emergency took place was several years ago, a car accident, where the emergency DJ on call had to go to the venue, set up, play background music until the Guests arrive, then the DJ showed up, and nobody even knew - not even the Bride and Groom.  Behind the scenes is a beautiful thing and comforting for you to know we have such a policy in place.  My shift is almost done here, been a quiet night, no calls, and a successful one at that, which is how all our wedding/events go:-))  Does your Wedding DJ have an emergency plan in place?
