Chicken Dance is still fun!

Another Great weekend with Music In Motion DJ's and the Chicken Dance at Mr. and Mrs. Doug Whiteside wedding reception held at the WinMock Granary in Bermuda, NC, www.winmock.com  Yup out in Bermuda, NC because no wedding is too far from us here in Raleigh.  Feel The Sound with Music In Motion and Snap Shot Photo Booth http://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.com still entertains playing the Chicken Dance today, especially when our Bride Chantelle requested it.  The Chicken Dance written and produced in 1950 still today entertains guests at weddings  http://www.oldworld.ws/chickenhistory.html  Line/group dances have actually become a dream come true for DJ's in the industry.  Why?  If you have a really good DJ who has the experience and knowledge with reading a crowd as well as excellent mixology of the music he/she would be able to lead into song after song keeping your guests entertained until the very end because a line/group dance gets everyone on the dance floor. This was just the fact at Chantelle and Doug's wedding this past weekend and also played the original Electric Slide by Marcia Griffiths.  So common today is the Cha Cha Slide by Casper however, some would say it all began with the Hully Gully, anyone remember that one? https://socialdance.stanford.edu/Syllabi/Hully-Gully.htm  For more pics of this amazing wedding celebration and other successful events check out our Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/muicinmotion and for daily articles visit our current BLOG https://www.feelthesoundwithmusicinmotion.blogspot.com  Other line Group Dances; Wobble, Cupid Shuffle, YMCA, Hockey Pockey, Step In The Name Of Love, Bootin Scootin Boogie, Cotton Eyed Joe, Biker Shuffle, Soulja Boy, and Teach Me How To Doggie.
